Choosing the right colors is the first order of business when planning to paint. It is best to choose colors that are in harmony with the architecture of your house and neighborhood.

Vancouver is very damp and therefore, mildew on surfaces results. We will pressure wash your home with a mild bleach treatment to ensure spores don't come back to peel your paint. We will scrape and sand, fill holes, caulk and prime your home where needed.

Specialty Spraying

We will mask off a room and spray substrates that require a spray finish, such as expensive louvered doors, as seen in the photo from a job done by Progressive Painters in August 2011.

Pressure Washing

Vancouver's wet weather brings with it mildew, which, if untreated prior to painting, will cause paint to fail prematurely. At Progressive we treat all mildew and pressure wash and prep thoroughly prior to painting. We also handle pressure washing projects exclusively.
